Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are permitted provided you contact us within 14 days from delivery date. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA# also known as Return Merchandise Authorization number, which we will provide to you upon request.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Products may ship separately from different warehouses, therefore we cannot offer combined shipping discounts on every item in our store. However, if your items are coming from the same warehouse we will gladly offer you the combined shipping rate on your purchase.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Planet Electropolis takes great pride in professionally executing your order in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours during standard business hours Monday - Friday. Deliveries vary by destination and by origin. A general estimation is 7-10 business days.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Your first item is on us! Multiple item purchases will be charged only for the cost of additional weight to deliver and a revised invoice will be sent with the addtional cost for shipping by weight. Planet Electropolis does not charge a handling fee. Free shipping applies to the continental United States only. AK, HI, and PR please email for shipping quotes.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: For now, yes we are. Buyers outside the continental US should email us for quotes or questions regarding shipping rates prior to making your purchase.

Q: Do I have to pay additional fees if I live outside the United States?
A: Please keep in mind that Planet Electropolis does not charge additional fees to ship internationally. However, your Country may impose import, taxes or brokerage fees. We are not responsible for these charges. International buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and customs brokerage charges. Absolutely no exceptions.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master card, Discovery and American Express through PayPal or Google Check-out and Postal Money Orders.

Q: I don't have a confirmed address, what should I do?
A: Please note that your Pay Pal account must be confirmed or you may experience delays in processing your order. You may also visit the Pay Pal website and have your shipping address confirmed. It's quick and helps to protect both parties.

Q: How long after I win an item or use the "buy it now" option do I have to make my payment?
A: Until we have received cleared payment, items you have added to your shopping cart remain available for purchase. Please complete the check-out and payment process within 7 days.

Q: What if the item I purchased is not in stock?
A: As we sell from multiple venues, rarely an item may be temporarily out of stock or on back-order. We make every effort to ensure that the items we have listed are available. In the unlikely event an item is not in stock or on back-order, you will be given the opportunity to wait or receive a full refund. Please see our "terms of sale" page.

Q: Does your company offer factory renewed or remanufactured items?
A: Occasionally our customers will have the opportunity to receive additional savings when we offer factory renewed products. Take advantage of these special purchases while they last! Merchandise under this category is clearly listed on the products description page and is indicated by an "R" in the model number.

Q: Are renewed or remanufactured products as good as new?
A: Factory renewed products maintain high quality standards. Most often we find that factory renewed products are indistinguishable from their factory new counterparts and are often better than new. They must pass a more rigorous inspection than new products. In fact the return rate on renewed products is less than 2%.

Payment/Check-out Information

Pay Pal, Google Check-out and Money Orders are the only payment methods accepted at this time.
Please note that your Pay Pal account must be confirmed or you may experience delays in processing your order.

Please make your payment within 24 hours. Your prompt payment assures that this item cannot be purchased by someone else.

NOTE: Until we have received cleared payment, items you have added to your shopping cart remain available for purchase. We appreciate your patronage and look forward to serving you now and in the future.


Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery through Pay Pal and Google Check-out. Orders over $100.00 must have a confirmed address for us to complete the process. Unconfirmed address expect up to 3-5 day delay in processing your order.

e-Check

Please be advised that e-checks may take up to 3-10 days to clear and we have no control over this progress. If you choose to pay via Pay Pal e-check or any method other than an instant payment we will not be aware that you have placed an order until the payment clears. As with all uncleared payments Planet Electropolis will not ship until these funds have been released and payment has been received.

Taxes

Planet Electropolis charges sales tax for deliveries within the states of Ohio 7.75 % and Florida to Florida 7.00%.


Shipping and Transit Times

Planet Electropolis takes great pride in professionally executing your order in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours during standard business hours Monday - Friday.

We are not responsible for carrier transit times. Be assured that your order leaves our warehouse promptly, however transit times may vary depending on peak time frames such as the Christmas holiday season or weather conditions.

We do not offer weekend or Holiday delivery service at this time.
We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes without prior communication.
We can not select which shipping carrier will deliver your products. However, most deliveries will arrive via UPS.
Deliveries to extreme rural areas may require alternate shipping methods.
Alaska and Hawaii shipments have an additional surcharge. Please contact us before to proceeding to check-out so that we may get you the best possible shipping deal.

Free Shipping Policy

If you would like to know whether or not the items you have selected qualify for a combined shipping discount prior to placing your order, please contact us or use the "ask seller a question" at the top of the listing.

Your Shipping Address

We are not responsible for keeping your personal information up to date. Planet Electropolis ships directly to the address you have on file with Pay Pal or Google Check-out. If you move and fail to update your records your product will most likely be lost. Chances of recovering a product due to inaccurate shipping information is very slim, time consuming and expensive. There is absolutely no re-reimbursement, insurance or coverage of any kind for a loss of this nature. Please be sure your information is up to date before placing your order.


Return Policy

Planet Electropolis will gladly exchange any defective or DOA product within 14 days of delivery. Returns are permitted provided you contact us within 14 days from delivery date.
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA# also known as Return Merchandise Authorization number, which we will provide to you upon request.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if product has been opened or not in it's original factory sealed box. There is no re-stocking fee for items which are defective, damaged or DOA.

As we did not manufacture this product, we cannot be responsible for manufacturers defects. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Due to the arrangements with our suppliers there is absolutely no exception to this rule. We will however pay to send the replacement unit back to you at our expense.

All returns must include the following or the item will be not be accepted by our returns department and will be sent back to you at your expense.

-Original packaging materials
-Original UPC code
-All accessories, remote controls, wires, antennas etc.
-Warranty cards, registration cards, etc.
-Your unexpired RMA# which must be written on the outside of the box or shipping label. Do not write this number on the manufacturers box.
-You can obtain your RMA# by contacting us via our website.

Expected turn-around time is approximately 2-4 weeks provided you send the product back to us in a timely manner. It will take 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. An additional 3-5 days for processing and examination followed by 7-10 days for the replacement to arrive back to you.

Once the defective unit arrives at our returns department the replacement process begins immediately. We understand that you want your product back as quickly as possible and we won't make you wait unnecessarily. Your satisfaction is important to us and we guarantee you'll be more than pleased with our service and the products you receive.

As we sell from multiple venues, rarely an item may be temporarily out of stock or on back-order. We make every effort to ensure that the items we have listed are available. On occasion, an item sells so quickly that we may not have had time to update a listing or we may be in the process of doing so.

In the unlikely event an item is not in stock or on back-order, you will be given the opportunity to wait or receive a full refund.
