What is your return policy?
We will gladly exchange any defective item within 30 days of delivery with the same model and product. If a replacement is unavailable a refund will be issued for the original payment method, less shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master card, Discovery and American Express through Google-Checkout and PayPal. We also accept money orders provided it is a U.S. Postal Money order.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We ship all orders within 24 hours. However, deliveries vary by destination and by origin. A general estimation is 2-10 business days. This not does not include weekends or holidays.

Do you combine shipping?
Whenever possible Electropolis will combine your multiple purchases to save you money. Over-sized, and freight deliveries generally come in their own box and are therefore excluded.

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Electropolis offers the lowest cost shipping available online. All deliveries are just $8.95 regardless of weight, size or continental US destinations. Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, APO/FPO/PO boxes and buyers outside the continental U.S.A. should email us for quotes or questions regarding shipping rates prior to making your purchase.

What if the item I purchased is not in stock?
Electropolis makes every effort to ensure that the items we have listed are available. Rarely, an item sells so quickly that we may temporarily out of stock or it may be on back order. In the unlikely event the item is not in stock or on back-order, you will be given the opportunity to wait or receive a full refund.

Does your company offer factory renewed or remanufactured items?
Most of our merchandise is brand new in the box. Occasionally our customers will have the opportunity to receive additional savings when we offer factory renewed products. Take advantage of these special purchases while they last! Merchandise under this category is clearly listed on the products description page and is indicated by an "R" in the model number.

Are renewed or remanufactured products as good as new?
Factory renewed products maintain high quality standards. Most often we find that factory renewed products are indistinguishable from their factory new counterparts and are often better than new. They must pass a more rigorous inspection than new products. In fact the return rate on renewed products is less than 2%.
